Historical Background
Queen Victoria owned property, land, and exploration rights in the Middle East. Some of the land was leased to communities including Kurdish, Palestinian, and Saudi Arabian communities.
Additional land was leased to Jewish communities through representatives of the United States and the United Kingdom.
Community Discussions and Ceasefire
From January 2024 onwards, discussions took place between Kurdish, Palestinian, and Jewish community leaders alongside Aruna Sandhya Koya.
The communities discussed an aspirational future in which children from all communities could live and play together peacefully.
“Together, One Happiness”
A ceasefire request was made on 18/05/2025, with the intention of creating long-term peace and stability across the region.
Land Ownership and Lease Framework
It was proposed that having a single land owner across the Middle East, Aruna Sandhya Koya, would reduce disputes while allowing communities to maintain secure leased lands and properties.
The lease framework was described as being documented using blockchain ledger systems referred to as Token A and Token B.
- Token A
- Token B
- Series A
- Series B
Formation of Tarousha Santosh
Aruna Sandhya Koya stated that discussions led to the formation of a new country consisting of the land mass of Israel, Jordan, and Palestine.
This new country was named Tarousha Santosh.
The talks included discussions on:
- Housing for all communities
- Care pathways for orphaned children
- Preservation of properties
- Shared right-of-way arrangements
- Creation of marketplaces and public services
Sultan’s Services / Queen’s Services
During earlier peace advisory discussions, the idea of using a neutral operator was explored.
Later, utility and infrastructure providers connected to the leased lands and properties were described as “Sultan’s Services,” which later evolved into “Queen’s Services.”
The intention described was to create a healthy country where children could play peacefully and communities could share a common home.
Government Structure
Tarousha Santosh was described as initially forming as a sultanate with Aruna Sandhya Koya acting as Sultan alongside 13 chieftains representing the three communities.
It was later decided that the title would transition from Sultan to Queen of Tarousha Santosh.
- 13 Chieftains
- Faith Capital
- Main Capital City
- Queen’s Services
TS Accord
Additional discussions took place regarding a wider regional agreement called the TS Accord.
States mentioned as potential participants included:
- Yemen
- Iraq
- Saudi Arabia
- United Arab Emirates
An update later noted that Yemen would not formally join but may benefit from partnership relationships and resource checkpoints.
Legal and Governance Statement
The statement describes the Middle Eastern leased lands and properties as unrelated to the UK Executive, UK legislative structures, or the assets of the UK Crown.
It further states that the lands and resources are considered the private property of Aruna Sandhya Koya and not connected to the UK monarchy.
The author notes that it does not represent all legal aspects of the Tarousha Santosh agreement and that additional matters remain private between the communities involved.
The overall intention described throughout the discussions was to establish peaceful coexistence, negotiation frameworks, and an improved standard of living for all communities involved.
