What is the faith capital used in Tarousha Santosh?

There were issues in that Jerusalem was a location where three religions, had significant sites of heritage.
There were often conflicts, and the area was very volatile.
When forming Tarousha Santosh, the Jewish, Palestinian and Kurdish communities agreed with Aruna Sandhya Koya, that a faith capital and a separate residential capital were more suitable.
The three communities and Aruna Sandhya Koya, agreed that the faith capital of Tarousha Santosh would be Bethlehem, with a residential capital of Tel Aviv, or another city.
This meant that all three communities had right to enter the city at all times even with religious ceremonies taking place.
This worked to encourage cooperation between the three communities with reduced amount of conflict. After years of conflict around the area, the communities were able to arrange access for all, and still carry out religious ceremonies. The area was secured with diplomacy and is now being used by everyone.
